WHERE DOES CUSHH DELIVER?

Our online store is set up with delivery options to Mainland UK destinations only. However, we can deliver your order to anywhere in the world. To organise this or obtain a quote email us at hello@cushh.co.uk.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

In most cases, for Mainland UK addresses we will deliver your items to you within 3-5 days if you place your order by 2pm

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us detailing the items you have purchased, the quantity and price, and your delivery and billing addresses. Please review this email to ensure your order is correct. We will then get your order ready as quickly as we can, in line with our Delivery Policy.

Once your items have been despatched (when your order leaves the warehouse) we will send you a despatch confirmation email with a tracking number and link to our courier’s web page. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been received and processed by our fulfilment team. When you submit your order and the payment has been processed, it can no longer be modified or edited by our team in any way.

If we are unable to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at hello@cushh.co.uk or raise a return request to receive a refund of your purchase.

If the order has already been despatched, the delivery charges will not be refundable. If you cancel the order prior to despatch, the refund of your purchase will include the delivery charges. 

 


 

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct, as we will have to charge an additional fee should your order be despatched to an incorrect address provided by you.

Once your parcel has been delivered to you, please ensure you check each item carefully as unfortunately we are not able to accept any item back where the damage has occurred in transit and is not reported at the time of the delivery.

Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days with the exception of Public Holidays.

 

PART SHIPMENT OF AN ORDER

Please note that if there is an item in your order which is out of stock, but is due to arrive in our warehouse within 48 hours, your order will be held and despatched together. If your product is subject to Next Day Delivery, the delivery will take place using this service once the temporarily out-of-stock items become available. If the delay is longer than 48 hours your order will be part despatched. The delivery charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.

 

UNDELIVERED PARCELS OR DELAYED DELIVERY

Our carriers will deliver parcels with a maximum of two attempts per order over two consecutive working days before the parcel is considered undelivered and automatically returned to our warehouse. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts (e.g. where you are not at the place of delivery at the designated time period or because the size of the parcel cannot be delivered into your home) and returned to our warehouse, you will incur the same delivery charges to send it out to you again.

You can request during the order process that your parcel is left with a neighbour or in a safe place. We will pass the details on to our carrier and they will make best endeavours to follow your instructions.

With the exception of certain made-to-order items that require longer production times, if you haven’t received your order within 10 working days after placing your order, please email us at hello@cushh.co.uk and we will investigate the delay. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
